The Viterbi Service Desk is a tool used to submit requests to various offices within the Viterbi School of Engineering. If you are a Viterbi Faculty or Staff member we recommend logging into myViterbi and submitting the request through that system, then you will be able to track your ticket history and some form values will be prefilled for you. For all other users please fill out the form below for assistance.

Walk-In Support Walk-In support is available in Olin Hall (OHE) 330. Open Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm. Note that the Service Desk is closed for all University holidays.
